Two-person infrared cabin, dark cedar interior. Recovery Lab Bromley runs as a self-service cabin — there is no reception to check in at and no staff member to find. Your booking unlocks the door for you, and locks it behind you when the session ends.
Every day, 06:00–22:00. The last session of the day starts 30 minutes before close.
Free parking for 2 hours in the Bromley Fitness car park. Enter via Elmfield Road.
Enter through the main gym reception, take the stairs to the lower ground floor and follow the signs for Recovery Lab.
