Single cabin, warm low light, 80°C. Recovery Lab Croydon runs as a self-service cabin — there is no reception to check in at and no staff member to find. Your booking unlocks the door for you, and locks it behind you when the session ends.
Every day, 06:00–22:00. The last session of the day starts 30 minutes before close.
Pay & display on North End. Whitgift multi-storey is a 4 minute walk.
Recovery Lab is on the first floor, past the free weights area. Your QR code unlocks the cabin door.
