Infrared cabin with recovery lounge. Recovery Lab Gloucester runs as a self-service cabin — there is no reception to check in at and no staff member to find. Your booking unlocks the door for you, and locks it behind you when the session ends.
Every day, 07:00–21:00. The last session of the day starts 30 minutes before close.

Reception will point you to the recovery suite at the rear of the gym.
